The story so far
I started in the Billing department and moved to the Collections Department as a Collections Associate and Power User after four years. In 2014 I was promoted to the role of Collections Coordinator for the UK and Ireland team.

What inspires you
The many different nationalities, cultures and opinions are very inspiring to me. I really enjoy the young and dynamic environment at work.

Most memorable moment
Recently, I visited several customers and agents in the UK which gave me the chance to see how our products are used by customers, from supplying laser cutting machines, to welding, to filling small bottles from our bulk tanks and re-selling them to other parties. I found this very interesting and it gave me more background and perspective.

Why Air Products
The people are great, the location is good and I enjoy speaking several languages at work. I really enjoy the young and dynamic environment at work.

Career highlights
It was great to be a part of the EPR* implementation from start to finish. Being able to challenge the new system and to learn as much as possible about it to then later share this knowledge with colleagues was very interesting and special.

*The EPR project (Enterprise Platform Renewal) involved adding functionality to our SAP system which enables us to track the movement of our products within the supply chain cycle (transit from our plants to customers and agents).
