How to join us

Application submission
You can search and apply for jobs by visiting our Career Centre. Select ‘Search openings’, then on the ‘Location’ drop down, select ‘EU-ES-Cornella (Barcelona)’.
Once you have created a profile in our system and uploaded your CV, you can directly apply to any of our current positions. If you don’t find a position that fits your profile, your CV will be saved on record and your profile will be considered for future openings.
Application review
If it is determined that your profile fits the position for which you applied, a member of our recruiting team will contact you to schedule a time for a preliminary discussion on your background, experience, career interests and the current openings.
Candidate interviews
If you are selected for an interview, please be prepared to discuss your skills and abilities, accomplishments, developmental interests, goals and job expectations. Get to know Air Products by reviewing materials available on this website. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us. We like two-way interviews, so come prepared with some questions to ask us. We use phone and video interviewing tools if you are not currently in Barcelona.
Selection decision
If selected for a position, you’ll receive an offer of employment.
Some positions have additional requirements due to special features of the work. These may include occupational certifications, professional designations. We will be sure to tell you about any of these requirements.
If you are not selected for a particular position, please do not be discouraged. We suggest that you return regularly to keep your profile up-to-date and submit a CV for new positions that may interest you.
